Our stay at Woodleighton Cottages was truly excellent. The value for money was incredible, with a comfortable and spacious room, well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras like cereal, milk. The location was wonderfully quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep, and the staff, especially Rachel, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!
One minor improvement would be to have towel rails in the bathroom for convenient towel hanging.

The cottages were beautifully finished and presented, with attention to details that truly exceeded our expectations. The underfloor heating and blackout curtains added that extra touch of luxury and comfort. We were delighted to find complimentary milk, chocolates, and bottled water upon arrival, along with an ample supply of tea, coffee, and sugar in individual sachets. The bed and bed linen were incredibly comfortable, making us feel like we were waking up on a cloud in a warm hug. The cleanliness of the cottages was exceptional, and the abundance of fresh towels was greatly appreciated. We also loved the thoughtful inclusion of kids' books and games in the drawers. The host was readily available to answer any questions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
While our stay was practically faultless, we do have a couple of minor suggestions for improvement. It would be great to have individual butter pats and jam sachets instead of partially used tubs, enhancing the overall hygiene and convenience.

My recent stay at Woodleighton Cottages was exceptional. The property was very clean and well-presented, instantly making me feel welcome. I was impressed by the generous amenities provided, including a small selection of wine, beer, tea, coffee, and even chocolates. The cottage smelled amazing upon entering, creating a special atmosphere. The fold-out Chesterfield couch bed was comfortable, and my daughter slept beautifully on it. The underfloor heating was a bonus, keeping us warm and cozy. The cottage had all the necessary facilities, and the host was quick to respond to our messages and ensure our needs were met. The location was convenient, with easy parking and nearby supermarkets and takeaway restaurants. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Woodleighton Cottages.
While the shower was a bit tricky to adjust to the right temperature initially, it was still fabulous once we got it working. Additionally, the mezzanine bedroom above the kitchen/diner/living room may not be everyone's preference, but it worked well for us.
